The Roero Arneis DOCG Val Di Tana by Fontanafredda is born in the heart of the Roero hills, a renowned production area of Piedmont. Made exclusively from the Arneis grape variety, this white wine best expresses the characteristics of this unique territory, with clay-limestone soils that confer minerality and freshness.
In the glass, it presents a bright straw color, while on the nose it opens with intense and delicate aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as pear and apple, and fresh almond notes typical of the grape variety. The palate is balanced and soft, supported by good acidity that provides liveliness and aromatic persistence. The aging mainly takes place in steel, preserving the freshness and genuineness of the fruit.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the pleasure of an elegant and territorial white.
