The Rosè IGT from Livio Felluga is a rosé wine of pleasant elegance and drinkability, presenting a pale pink hue. In the glass it reveals a fine aromatic profile, with notes of small red fruits, ripe citrus and subtle floral hints; the olfactory picture remains discreet and clean. On the palate it shows balanced freshness, lively but not intrusive acidity and a slightly saline progression that supports the sip without weighing it down, ending with a clear and enjoyable finish.

It is suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, composed salads, light cold cuts or summer fare; it can also accompany vegetarian dishes. It also pairs well with shellfish and light baked preparations. Serve chilled, in a wide glass that highlights the aromas, and drink within a few years to appreciate its liveliness. For storage, avoid large temperature swings and prolonged exposure to light.

Winery history
Founded by Livio Felluga in 1956 after the post‑war rebuilding; Livio is regarded as the 'patriarch' of Friulian winemaking (he died in the night between Dec 21–22, 2016). The estate is family‑run (children Maurizio, Filippo, Elda and Andrea). The wine 'Illivio' was created by his children in 1998 and dedicated to him for his 85th birthday.
Production philosophy
Terroir-focused approach: careful vineyard work, respect for the territory (Rosazzo) and pursuit of quality. The 'Carta Geografica' serves as a manifesto of regional identity; wines are elegant, age-worthy and strongly expressive of place.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the Rosazzo ridge and in the Colli Orientali del Friuli (province of Gorizia). Soils listed in technical sheets: marl and sandstone flysch of Eocene origin.
Awards and recognitions
