Rosea Luna di Cascina Chicco is a Langhe DOC rosé that stands out for its immediate elegance and drinkability. In the glass it shows a pale pink with bright highlights; the aromatic profile moves through notes of ripe red fruit, a hint of white flowers and a subtle herbaceous note that keeps the wine lively. It is of medium intensity, precise and clean, with a slender character that invites a sip. The drinking experience is pleasant and immediate.

On the palate it is fresh and sapid, light-bodied but well balanced: the finish is dry and persistent, with echoes of strawberry and a mineral touch that lengthens it. The tannic texture is soft, the overall impression is smooth and suitable for many occasions. Perfect for aperitivo, it pairs graciously with composed salads, grilled fish dishes and white meats, and also stands up well to savory vegetarian preparations. Serve cool, avoiding excessively low temperatures to appreciate its balance and finesse.
