The Rosso Conero Riserva "Cùmaro" by Umani Ronchi is a red wine of rare elegance and intensity, cultivated in the fervent clay and limestone soils on the slopes of Mount Conero, in the Marche region. The result of a meticulous selection of Montepulciano grapes, this wine represents the essence of the territory from which it originates.

Once harvested, the must ferments for about 14 - 16 days, followed by maturation in French oak barriques for 12 months, and then another 12 months of aging in the bottle before being released for sale. This process endows the "Cùmaro" with a complex structure and a robustness that characterize it.

In the glass, the "Cùmaro" presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, a rich and complex bouquet emerges, with notes of berries, spices, vanilla, and a light touch of tobacco. The taste is full-bodied, with well-balanced tannins and a long-lasting persistence that leaves a pleasant sensation of smoothness.

This wine excels when paired with structured dishes such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Its complexity and elegance also make it perfect as a contemplative wine.

The MAGNUM format of this Riserva accentuates its qualities, ensuring better aging potential and making it ideal for special occasions or as a meaningful gift. With its aging potential, the Rosso Conero Riserva "Cùmaro" is a wine to be cherished and enjoyed in memorable moments.
