Rosso di Montepulciano by Tenuta Valdipiatta is produced with berries from the younger vines, the ones that will gradually become part of the composition of Vino Nobile. It comes from a classic blend of Montepulciano for a great wine of which very little is said, as pleasant and fragrant as the wines of the area. An extremely tasty tasting that owes its goodness to the Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Mammolo vines.
A ruby red glass that offers fruity aromas to the nose and an extremely rich bouquet, with hints of tobacco and black pepper. A warm and soft taste, well supported by freshness and particularly balanced tannins. The finish is slightly spicy and with good persistence.
Rosso di Montepulciano di Valdipiatta is a perfect red wine to combine with a dish of stuffed pasta, cappelletti in broth, meat-based dishes in general and medium-aged cheeses.
