Rosso IGT – Uve di Troia by Vigne di San Marco is a red wine identified on the label by the IGT category and the reference to Uve di Troia. The producer’s name completes the available information; no further details are given about the vintage, specific origin, exact composition or winemaking methods. It is therefore best to make a choice based on the label and, if available, tasting notes from the producer or seller. The grape reference suggests a connection to the variety named, but without specific supporting information it does not allow claims about the wine’s aromas, structure or finish. This straightforward description supports an informed choice and avoids expectations based on details that have not been provided.

At the table, it can be suggested with flavourful pasta dishes, roast meats or moderately aged cheeses. These are general pairing ideas and should be adapted to the wine’s actual characteristics and personal preferences. It may suit an everyday meal or a relaxed dinner, alongside simple dishes whose flavours do not overwhelm the food. For a more precise choice, check the information on the bottle or ask the retailer for any available tasting notes. This makes it possible to explore the wine without assigning undocumented qualities to it, while considering the occasion on which it will be shared.
