The Rosso Toscana IGT Leone by Castello di Sonnino is offered in Jeroboam format, a large-format presentation suited to a convivial table or an occasion to share. The product details identify it as a red wine, give the category as Toscana IGT and list Leone as the product name. The vintage, grape varieties and winemaking details are not specified, so it is best to stay with the available information and avoid attributing undocumented aromatic or structural characteristics to the wine. The format may be chosen when the bottle is intended to have a central place at the table, or as a gift for someone who enjoys Tuscan wines.

As a general food pairing suggestion, a red wine of this category can be served with flavourful pasta dishes, meat and cheese; these suggestions can be adapted to the menu and personal preferences. When planning the serving, it is useful to consider the number of guests and choose glasses suited to red wine. This keeps the focus on sharing without assuming a specific style. The Leone Jeroboam bottle is clearly identified by its name, category and producer, with no unconfirmed technical details.

Winery history
The Sonnino family has been connected with the Montespertoli estate since the beginning of the 19th century, when Isacco Sonnino acquired the castle. The arrival of Baron Alessandro and Baroness Caterina de Renzis Sonnino in 1987 marked a new phase, with the revival of winegrowing and the careful restoration of the estate.
Production philosophy
The estate focuses on quality and the character of its terroir, using grapes from its own vineyards, which cover more than 40 hectares. Its approach combines tradition and research, with international varieties grown alongside traditional Tuscan grapes.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in Montespertoli, in the hills of the Florentine Chianti. Its own vineyards cover more than 40 hectares; the area includes the Chianti Montespertoli DOCG designation.
