Roycello Fiano Salento IGT from Tormaresca is a white wine that conveys the Mediterranean character of Salento through the Fiano grape. On the nose it offers delicate aromas: white flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, and light citrus hints of citron and lemon zest; subtle herbal and mineral notes may also be perceived. The expression is immediate yet restrained, with a balance of freshness and structure that makes the sip smooth and pleasant.

On the palate it shows a saline texture, lively acidity and medium body that support the flavors without overpowering them. It is suitable for early consumption, ideal as an everyday table wine but also for informal occasions: pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, vegetable starters and fresh cheeses. Serve slightly chilled in a tulip glass to appreciate the aromas; its simplicity and drinkability make it versatile for light, convivial meals.
