Domaine Chanson's Rully AOC is an elegant example from Burgundy, showcasing the distinctive character and refinement of white wines from this renowned French wine region. Domaine Chanson, with its history dating back to 1750, is one of the oldest wine producers in Burgundy and stands out for producing wines that express the purity, complexity and authenticity of the terroir.

The Rully AOC, located in the Côte Chalonnaise, benefits from a unique terroir with favorable exposures and calcareous soils, which help give the wines a distinctive minerality and inviting freshness. This area is renowned for the production of high quality Chardonnay, which in the hands of Domaine Chanson becomes an interpreter of Burgundian tradition and excellence.

The vinification of Rully AOC follows traditional methods, with fermentation in oak barriques, some of which are new, to enrich the wine with complexity without overpowering the freshness and expressiveness of the fruit. The aging period on the yeasts in barrique helps to add structure and creamy notes, resulting in a balanced, elegant wine with good aging potential.

Visually, the Rully AOC from Domaine Chanson presents a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by nuances of white flowers, vanilla and a mineral touch, which reflect the typicality of Chardonnay in Burgundy. In the mouth, the wine reveals an extraordinary harmony between aromatic richness and acid liveliness, with flavors that reflect the olfactory bouquet and evolve towards a long and minerally persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with delicate dishes based on fish, seafood, poultry in a creamy sauce and soft cheeses, Rully AOC by Domaine Chanson is a wine that offers a tasting rich in nuances and pleasantly complex, enhancing the table with elegance and typically Burgundian refinement.
