The Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC "Sburon" Bio from Braschi shows a clear ruby color with bright highlights. On the nose it offers aromas of fresh red fruit, cherry and raspberry, softened by light herbaceous notes and a touch of sweet spice; the impression is direct and fragrant without excess. On the palate it has medium body, lively acidity and present but well-integrated tannins that provide structure without weighing it down; the finish is savory and of good persistence, inviting another sip. The drinking experience is pleasant and immediate.

As an organic wine, it is suited to everyday enjoyment and convivial occasions. It pairs well with Italian classics: pasta with ragù, cured meats, white meats and light roasts, as well as medium-aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature is around 16–18 °C; a short period of aeration before serving can enhance the aromas. Store in a cool, sheltered place; drink young to appreciate its fruity freshness.
