The Sangiovese Marche IGT from DueTigli shows an honest and pleasant profile, straightforward like the grape variety it represents. In the glass it appears a bright ruby red; the bouquet recalls cherry and red berries, with subtle floral nuances and a light herbaceous note that adds liveliness. On the palate it is smooth, with fresh acidity and restrained tannins that define its structure without weighing it down: balance and clarity characterize the sip, with a medium-persistent finish that invites a second glass.

Well suited to everyday yet carefully prepared cooking: it pairs gracefully with meat ragù pasta, grilled white meats and semi-aged cheeses; it’s also an excellent choice for a flavorful pizza. Easy to drink but not ordinary, it highlights savory ingredients without overpowering them. Ideal served slightly chilled, around 16–18 °C, and to be consumed within a few years to best enjoy its fruit and freshness.
