These are the products of the Il Palagio estate owned by the singer Sting Not only collectible wines, but also spectacular flavours.
Each label is dedicated to a song by the singer.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then bottled for at least another 6 months.
What comes of this long refinement? - A message in a bottle!
Beautiful with its dark ruby red colour, it is a very intense poetic wine with notes of ripe red fruits and toasted spices.
In the mouth the "message" it stands out for its harmonious structure, soft and velvety tannins and closes with a long aftertaste. Suitable for elegant and slow dinners with friends but also for a slow tasting.
