La Storia de I Sabbioni è intimamente legata al Sangiovese: il grande interprete di queste terre; è per questo che è stato naturale pensare che fosse questo vitigno il protagonista del vino bianco dell’azienda. Le Liti Bianche vengono prodotte nelle zone più a nord della vigna, dove i grappoli conservano maggiore freschezza e legami floreali.

La vendemmia, di consueto, avviene durante la prima decade di Settembre. Le uve vengono pressate senza contatto con le bucce, e fermentate in acciaio a temperatura controllata. L'affinamento è in acciaio, sulle fecce fini per 6 mesi e minimo 1 in bottiglia.

Nel calice si riversa con colore giallo paglierino tenue, all'olfatto regala aromi ben definiti di pesca bianca, timo e sfumature saline. Al sorso presenta un buon corpo, si evincono forti richiami selvatici e una profondità basata sul sale e sulla frutta esotica. Ottimo da abbinare a portate a base di pesce alla griglia, al forno e ricchi antipasti.
