Conte Brandolini d'Adda's Sauvignon Blanc DOC is an exquisite interpretation of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, expressed through the rich terroir of Friuli Venezia Giulia, an Italian region known for the production of high-quality white wines and great aromatic complexity. The estate of Conte Brandolini d'Adda, with its profound knowledge of the territory and a commitment to sustainable agricultural practices, produces this wine with the aim of capturing the varietal essence of Sauvignon Blanc, enriching it with the unique nuances given by the microclimate and from the soil of the region.

The vinification of Sauvignon Blanc DOC involves the manual harvesting of perfectly ripe grapes, followed by soft pressing to preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the vine. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, to maintain the distinctive aromatic characteristics and liveliness of the wine. This approach allows us to enhance the typicality of Sauvignon Blanc, with its aromatic range that ranges from vegetal notes to more fruity and floral scents.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, the Sauvignon Blanc DOC by Conte Brandolini d'Adda offers an intense and complex bouquet, characterized by notes of white pulp fruit, such as melon and peach, citrus accents, and a marked minerality that reflects the richness of the terroir from. There is no shortage of the typical vegetal nuances of Sauvignon Blanc, which add depth and interest to the olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates an excellent structure and balanced acidity, which support a rich and complex flavor palette. The liveliness of citrus fruits combines with a light minerality and herbaceous notes, leading to a long and persistent finish, which leaves the palate pleasantly refreshed.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, the Sauvignon Blanc DOC by Conte Brandolini d'Adda is an excellent choice for those who wish to explore the richness and variety of the Friulian wine scene, through a wine that expresses the potential of Sauvignon Blanc with elegance and refinement.
