The Sauvignon Blanc Ravenna IGT from Rontana is a white wine with a frank and measured expression that highlights the varietal character of Sauvignon without affectation. On the nose it shows citrus notes (lemon and grapefruit), green apple and light herbaceous hints, accompanied by subtle floral nuances. On the palate it offers a slim, vibrant texture, supported by lively acidity and a sapid quality that encourages drinking; the profile is fresh and direct, with a clean, moderately persistent finish. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a balance that favors freshness and aromatic clarity, suited to those seeking an immediately approachable yet well-defined wine.

It is suitable for everyday pairings: excellent with light fish dishes, shellfish, salads and fresh cheeses, and also works well as an aperitif. It is recommended to serve it chilled to enhance its aromas and structure, and to drink it young to enjoy its liveliness. Perfect for summer lunches, informal picnics and light dinners, it integrates naturally with Mediterranean cuisine based on fish and vegetables. A practical choice for those looking for a versatile, unpretentious white.
