The Sauvignon Fallwind Alto Adige DOC from St. Michael Eppan is a white wine that presents itself with clarity and character, an expression of the Sauvignon grape grown in Alto Adige. On the nose it shows herbaceous notes and white-fleshed fruit, with floral hints and a discreet minerality; on the palate it is fresh, with good acidity and a savoury finish that invites another sip. It is a wine with a straightforward, measured profile, suited to those who seek a vivid but not overpowering Sauvignon.

It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish and salads, and also with fresh cheeses and light herb-based preparations. Serve cool in wide glasses to enhance the aromas. It is intended for relatively immediate consumption, but can also accompany informal occasions where a quality, uncomplicated white is desired. Also suitable as an aperitif and with regional dishes. Store in a cool, dark place.
