Sauvignon IGT from Riedingerhof is a white wine produced following biodynamic practices that emphasize balance and respect for the vineyard. It shows a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights; on the nose it opens with notes of citrus, white peach and aromatic herbs, with a slight vegetal accent typical of the variety. On the palate it is fresh and lively, supported by bright acidity and a lean texture that enhances drinkability. The finish is dry and clean, with returning citrus notes and a delicate salinity that defines its aftertaste.

This wine is best enjoyed young to appreciate its freshness and aromatic vitality. It pairs well with light seafood dishes, fish crudités, summer salads and fresh cheeses; it also complements vegetable- and herb-based preparations. Recommended serving temperature is around 8–10 °C. Storage and maturation reflect the production choices: it is preferable to keep it in a cool place and consume within a few years to preserve the primary characteristics of the grape and Riedingerhof's biodynamic approach.
