Pairing Red meats, game, and aged cheeses
Rainoldi’s Sfursat di Valtellina Fruttaio Cà Rizzieri Mezza DOCG is a red wine whose name refers to the Valtellina appellation and the specific Fruttaio Cà Rizzieri label. The DOCG designation identifies its appellation status; however, the title does not provide a vintage, exact format or details of its composition. The choice is therefore best considered in terms of the appellation and producer. For information not included in the name, consult the full product listing or packaging.

At the table, it may be considered alongside flavourful dishes such as roast meats or aged cheeses. These are general pairing suggestions to adapt to the menu and personal preferences. The name alone does not allow its aromas, structure or taste to be described reliably, so it is best to refer to any tasting notes provided by the producer or retailer. “Mezza” is part of the product name; to confirm the pack format, check the details in the product listing. A choice for those interested in exploring a red wine associated with the Valtellina appellation, without assuming characteristics that have not been stated.
