Bottega Sparkling Zero White is a non-alcoholic drink made from grape must and produced in the Veneto region. Thanks to the addition of carbon dioxide, it recalls the freshness, liveliness and charm of sparkling wines, offering a suitable alternative for those who want to toast without choosing an alcoholic beverage. Its pale straw-yellow colour is complemented by an intense grape-must aroma and fresh fruity notes.

On the palate, it is sweet, delicate and balanced, with pleasant fruity sensations. The alcohol content is below 0.5% ABV. Serve it chilled at 4-5 °C, preferably in a flute glass, to enhance its lively bubbles. It is suitable for different moments of the day and can be enjoyed on its own or used as an ingredient in cocktails, especially fruit-based creations. Sparkling Zero White also pairs well with fresh cheeses, particularly those made from goat’s or sheep’s milk, as well as small pastries and dried fruit.
