Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
A delicate pink with salmon highlights, this Alto Adige Brut sparkling wine shows a fine mousse and a delicate, persistent perlage. On the nose come notes of wild strawberry, rose petals and a citrusy hint that doesn't overpower; the profile remains essential and measured, with light floral accents. On the palate it is fresh, supported by vibrant acidity and a sapid character that lengthens its drinkability: the bubbles lend creaminess, the structure stays light yet coherent, with a dry finish that invites the next sip.

The jeroboam-format bottle makes it ideal for large tables and convivial moments, when you're looking for a wine that accompanies and doesn't steal the show. It pairs well with fish-based starters, sushi, delicate shellfish and smoked salmon, but also smiles on white meats and fresh cheeses; it's a good companion for creamy seafood risottos. Serve well chilled to enhance its freshness. Excellent for aperitifs, summer buffets and informal toasts, it offers practicality and visual impact without excess.
