Conte Fosco's Spumante Cuvée Bianco Dolce IGT opens with a fragrant profile, where fine bubbles support a noticeable but not overpowering sweetness. On the nose there are hints of white-fleshed fruit and fresh flowers, while the palate shows a round, enveloping softness, supported by lively acidity that prevents it from becoming heavy. The structure is lean and the perlage helps make each sip harmonious and pleasant; the finish leaves sweet memories and a clean sensation that invites a second glass.

Ideal served chilled, in not-too-large tulip glasses to enhance aromas and bubbles. It pairs naturally with traditional desserts, fresh pastries and cream- or fruit-based sweets, but also works as an after-dinner wine or alongside soft cheeses. Perfect for convivial moments when you want a rich yet gentle sip that accompanies without weighing you down.
