Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish dishes
This Cuvée Blanc de Blanc Extra Dry sparkling wine from Setterocche presents a fine, creamy perlage that accompanies a pleasantly immediate sip.

On the nose it opens with notes of white flowers, green apple and a slight citrus hint, with a touch of bread crust balancing the fresh component; on the palate it shows a balance between softness and liveliness, a pleasant sapidity and a restrained residual sweetness that makes it easy-drinking without weighing it down. It works well as an aperitif but also stands up to light pairings: seafood appetizers, fish dishes that are not too elaborate and preparations with fresh vegetables. Serve chilled, preferably in not-too-wide glasses to highlight the foam and aromatic persistence; it is a sparkling wine that convinces with the finesse of the sip and its versatility, suitable for informal moments as well as more refined tables.
