Pale pink in the glass, with a fine and persistent perlage that invites the first sip. On the nose it opens immediately and cleanly: small red berries, a light note of wild rose and citrus hints that do not overpower the overall profile. The interpretation is dry and linear, more focused on defining the profile than on aromatic richness, with a touch of freshness that makes the sip lively and inviting. The cuvée maintains a subtle balance between elegance and simplicity, designed for those who seek cleanliness and easy drinking with character.

On the palate it confirms a saline tension and a precise dryness due to the zero dosage; the structure is slim but well-defined, with restrained softness that leaves room for vibrant acidity. It is an elegant aperitif sparkling wine but also able to accompany light seafood dishes, sushi, carpaccios and platters of delicate cured meats; it also lends itself to convivial occasions and informal toasts. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in a flute or tulip glass to showcase the perlage and lingering finish.
