The production process of this wine begins with destemming followed by cold skin maceration in a closed press for approximately 12/18 hours, and subsequent soft pressing in nitrogen saturation at low temperature. After static decantation of the free-run must, fermentation takes place in steel. At the end of this phase, the noble lees are preserved for 6 months by carrying out weekly bâtonnage. The refinement continues in the bottle on its own yeasts for 18 months.

The result is a straw yellow wine with golden reflections, characterized by a complex aromatic bouquet. Strong iodine, chalk and flint notes emerge. The sensations of sweet citrus fruits, such as cedar, mandarin and grapefruit, mix harmoniously with floral notes of acacia and orange blossom. In closing, there are nuances of sweet spices and almond.

The perlage, fine and persistent, contributes to a pleasant effervescence. The taste is fresh, savory and creamy, with an elegant underlining of a delicate almond note. A wine that embodies the harmony between freshness, aromatic complexity and creamy structure, offering a refined and balanced tasting experience.
