The Millesimato 2021 from Cantina Di Trento is an elegant, restrained sparkling wine that expresses the clear stylistic character of the Trento DOC region without affectation. Visually it shows a fine perlage and a luminous straw-yellow color; on the nose it opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit and ripe citrus, followed by light floral nuances and a hint of yeast that enriches its profile. The acidity is lively yet well integrated, supported by a pleasant salinity that keeps the palate brisk and balanced.

On the palate it confirms its briskness and cleanliness: the body is light but present, with a softness that does not mask the freshness. The finish is linear and persistent, able to linger without overpowering.
