The Spumante Perlé Zero Trento DOC from Ferrari offers a bright, composed profile, suited for those who appreciate slender, restrained bubbles. In the glass it shows a pale straw colour and a fine mousse; on the nose there are delicate notes of white flowers, citrus peel and a hint of green apple, alongside mineral touches that keep the whole clean and inviting. The mousse is persistent and the bubbles are fine, contributing to a controlled sense of freshness. The balance among aromatic elements is measured, providing complexity without intrusiveness.

On the palate it displays freshness and salinity well balanced, with a slim body and a lingering finish that invites a second sip. It works as an aperitif and pairs with fish dishes, shellfish and light preparations, as well as fresh cheeses and refined antipasti. Serve chilled, preferably between 6 and 8 °C, and store in a cool, light-protected place to preserve its liveliness.
