Pairing Aperitif, fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses
Sparkling wine made from Pinot Bianco and produced by the metodo classico, it shows a fine, persistent perlage and a dry profile consistent with the Brut Nature designation. The color is straw-yellow with green highlights; on the nose it offers scents of green apple, citrus and white flowers, accompanied by light brioche and yeast notes from the bottle fermentation. Acidity is lively, the palate clean and saline, with a structure that favors freshness and salinity over sweetness.

It works well as an aperitif and pairs with raw or steamed fish, shellfish and delicate starters, but can also support grilled vegetables or fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, preferably in wide glasses to allow the aromas to express; open a few minutes before serving. Label and producer indicate Mirabella; suitable for those seeking a dry, vibrant and characterful sparkling wine with a versatile gastronomic profile.
