The Spumante Rosé Brut Bio from Villa Zappi is a rosé sparkling wine with a fine perlage and a discreet aromatic profile. On the nose it shows hints of fresh red fruits and small florals, accompanied by a citrus note that contributes to the impression of freshness. On the palate it feels slender, with lively effervescence and a dry finish consistent with the Brut designation; the acidity is balanced and supports the drinking experience without weighing it down, making the wine agile and easy to drink.

Serve chilled at 6–8 °C in glasses suited to sparkling wines to appreciate its bubbles and aromas. It is suitable for aperitifs, fish dishes, light starters and summer preparations, but can also accompany informal convivial moments. Being organic, it reflects an attention to agricultural practice; for details on certifications and production consult the label or the producer. Ideal for those seeking a fresh, versatile and approachable sparkling option.

Winery history
Founded by Valerio and Paolo Casali in 1978 to continue the business their grandfather Mario began in the 1940s, Tenuta Casali is today also led by the new generation. The estate has developed its identity by cultivating indigenous grape varieties and reviving historic vineyards in the Mercato Saraceno area.
Production philosophy
The approach is agricultural and focused on protecting the land: "artisan" wines with minimal cellar intervention, hand harvesting, soil care, and targeted experimentation. Time in the vineyard and the cellar is regarded as a fundamental ingredient, with attention to sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Mercato Saraceno subzone, in the Valle del Savio. The vines grow on river terraces with mixed soils of gravel, sand, marl and clay; the significant diurnal temperature range and proximity to the Apennines contribute to the wines' freshness and intensity.
