The Spumante Rosé Brut Metodo Classico 36 Mesi- Nesio - Casa Roma - Etichetta Danneggiata - Casa Roma represents an elegant expression of the Italian sparkling wine tradition. Produced with care according to the classic method, its fine and persistent bubbles are the result of a minimum aging of 36 months on the lees, which gives complexity and finesse to the bouquet. Of pale pink color, it expresses aromas of small red fruits and light floral hints, accompanied by a fresh acidity and a delicate perlage.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, this sparkling wine releases balance and refinement, typical of the territory and the Casa Roma winery.
