Trento DOC Masetto Privè Riserva is an excellent sparkling wine produced with Chardonnay grapes from vineyards over 30 years old grown on the Trentino hills best suited to the Trentodoc base production. Masetto Privè has long been reserved exclusively for the Endrizzi family but on the occasion of its 130th anniversary, the company wants to share this special zero-dosage cuvée with those who understand and appreciate its uniqueness.

The grapes are harvested and selected manually in two phases: the first at the ideal maturation parameters for the production of sparkling wine base while the second at full biological maturation. The healthy and intact bunches are placed directly in the press. It is then fermented without decanting in two distinct units, partly in small French oak and Hungarian acacia barrels and partly in steel. The batonnage is carried out weekly until the end of December, while the aging in wood and steel of the sparkling wine base continues until June. Aging on the lees lasts at least 84 months.

In the glass it shows off a beautiful bright and luminous golden yellow color given by the long aging, the perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose the bouquet is extremely rich and ethereal, elegant defined by sensations of tobacco and bread crust in perfect harmony with nuances of nutmeg and apricot, and a pleasant mature finish. In the mouth the taste is decidedly rich and enveloping, particularly savory and with a long aftertaste characterized by hints of licorice and rhubarb.

A special sparkling wine capable of accompanying both savory and delicate dishes, excellent with even aged cheeses; to try with feathered game and refined taste dishes.
