The Trento DOC Piancastello Rosè Riserva by Endrizzi is a refined and elegant expression of classic method sparkling wine, produced in the renowned lands of Trentino. This reserve sparkling wine, crafted with a cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, offers a unique delicacy, enhanced by a maturation process of at least 36 months on the lees.

In appearance, the Piancastello Rosè Riserva boasts a delicate rosy hue, enriched with very fine coppery reflections, which anticipate the complexity and finesse of the bouquet. The persistent and creamy perlage adds to an inviting visual sensation and promises an intriguing tasting experience.

On the nose, this sparkling wine offers an intense aroma of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, with nuances of bread crust and yeast that highlight the long maturation period. Floral notes and a slight touch of spices further enrich the aromatic profile, making the bouquet complex and enveloping.

On the palate, the Piancastello Rosè Riserva expresses extraordinary harmony between freshness and structure, maintaining a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity. The red fruits elegantly mix with more mature sensations of nuts and brioche, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal as a refined aperitif, it splendidly accompanies dishes based on fish, shellfish, or white meats, but it is also perfect paired with not-too-sweet desserts. A true gem for lovers of high-quality sparkling wines, the Trento DOC Piancastello Rosè Riserva by Endrizzi represents a prestigious choice for any special occasion.
