The Spumante Trento DOC Piancastello Zero Riserva from the Endrizzi winery is an exclusive choice for lovers of high-quality sparkling wines who appreciate finesse and originality. This reserve sparkling wine, meticulously crafted in the prestigious region of Trento, is renowned for its freshness and aromatic complexity.

The term "Zero" signifies the absence of sugar dosage after the second fermentation, allowing the wine to purely express the characteristics of the terroir and the grapes used. The result is an extremely fine and persistent perlage, which elegantly and subtly caresses the palate.

On the nose, the Piancastello Zero Riserva offers an intriguing bouquet with notes of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and subtle hints of toasted bread, a result of the long maturation on the lees. These aromas blend perfectly into a gustatory balance where acidity and minerality play a predominant role, leading to a long and refreshing finish.

The structure of this sparkling wine makes it ideal as a refined aperitif, but also in pairing with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood. Its elegance also makes it suitable for celebratory moments or as a gift for connoisseurs.

With careful and limited production, the Trento DOC Piancastello Zero Riserva by Endrizzi stands out in the panorama of Italian sparkling wines for its pure expression of the varietal and the territory, promising a memorable tasting experience.
