The Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT from the Linea Luna of the Az. Vinicola Vaccaro is a wine that strongly expresses the character of the Syrah grape grown in one of the most fascinating regions of Italy, Sicily. Here, the warm and sunny climate combined with mineral-rich soils gives the wine an intense structure and a unique aromatic complexity. On the nose, it reveals scents of ripe wild berries, spicy notes of black pepper, and a subtle hint of licorice, typical of well-cultivated Syrah. On the palate, it shows a full and velvety body, with soft tannins that wrap around and a persistent finish, perfect for pairing with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses. The aging method, which includes a wooden maturation, further enriches the depth and elegance of this wine, making it an intense and well-balanced sensory experience.
