The Toscana IGT Rosso from Il Borro represents an excellence in the Tuscan wine landscape, reflecting the rich winemaking tradition of this famous region of Italy. Produced on a historic estate, renowned as much for its artistic heritage as for the quality of its wines, this Rosso is a must-have for any wine lover who appreciates high standards of production and a strong connection with the land.

The Toscana IGT Rosso from Il Borro is predominantly composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes, which are skillfully blended to offer a complex range of aromas and flavors. On the nose, this wine reveals intense notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and a subtle touch of vanilla, derived from its aging period in wooden barrels, which also imparts a well-balanced tannic structure.

On the palate, Il Borro boasts a robust body and a velvety texture, accompanied by recurring sensations of fruit and spices, combined with hints of chocolate and tobacco that develop into a long and persistent finish. Its complexity and elegance make it ideal for pairing with rich dishes such as roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Each bottle is the result of a meticulous winemaking process that respects both ancient traditions and modern technologies to ensure the highest quality. The careful selection of grapes, manual harvesting, and controlled use of aging techniques make the Toscana IGT Rosso from Il Borro a specimen that exalts the passion and art of Italian winemaking.
