Winery history
The estate has been owned by the Barbou family since 1923, when great-grandfather Fabel Barbou purchased the property. Over time the operation has remained family-run, and the estate has established itself as a benchmark for the Touraine Oisly appellation thanks to its Sauvignon and cuvées from old vines.
Production philosophy
Low-intervention winemaking with frequent use of indigenous yeasts, carefully managed yields and agronomic practices focused on quality. The style noted by the press is of clean, taut and precise wines, achieved through sustainable practices rather than heavy winemaking interventions.
