Pairing Appetizers, fish, light dishes
It shows a bright straw color, with an immediate aromatic profile: white flowers, white-fleshed apple and a citrus peel that doesn’t dominate. On the palate it’s lean and savory, the freshness supports the sip without becoming aggressive; the texture is fluid, with a slight pulpy sensation that adds weight to the body. The finish is clean, of moderate persistence, and leaves a pleasant herbal note that invites the next sip. Despite its immediacy, it maintains a pleasant balance that makes it versatile at the table.

It pairs naturally with aperitifs and light seafood dishes, but also finds space alongside grilled vegetables, composed salads and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with cold pasta, light risottos and delicate fried seafood; served chilled, around 8–10 °C, its clean freshness refreshes the palate between courses. A wine for early consumption, ideal for those seeking everyday drinking with character—simple to understand and honest in its quality‑to‑price ratio.
