Trentino DOC Chardonnay - Amsela d'Oro - Cantina di Trento is a wine that elegantly expresses the character of the typical grape variety of the alpine area. Cultivated on the sunny slopes of Trentino, this Chardonnay stands out for its freshness and harmony, thanks to the climate that combines sun exposure and day-night temperature variations.
The aging mainly takes place in steel, thus preserving the purity of the aromas of golden apple, citrus fruits and light floral notes intertwined with hints of almond and slight mineral accents. On the palate, it shows a pleasant structure, good acidity, and a clean finish, perfect to accompany delicate fish dishes, shellfish or white meats in a light sauce.
