A simply sincere and elegant brut. Of the Best.
Produced through a film maceration, with soft pressing and pure fermentation, before moving on to a second fermentation and natural fermentation in an autoclave for 60 days at a controlled temperature. After all this, it remains on its yeasts for another 120 days.
With a classic straw yellow color and crystalline reflections, as soon as it is poured it is characterized by a brilliant and fine foam.
On the palate it is very fresh and mineral, with strong white-fleshed fruity notes. Savory and dry.
If we want to distinguish it from other proseccos it is a bit like making a distinction between "Normal" pasta and "Wholemeal" pasta. Absolutely worth tasting!
