This Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Extra Dry in 37.5 cl format presents a fresh, easy-drinking profile with fine, persistent bubbles supporting the sip. The nose opens with delicate fragrances of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a hint of green apple and citrus. On the palate it is light yet lively, with a pleasant balance between acidity and the residual sweetness typical of Extra Dry, which adds roundness without weighing it down. The pressure and perlage enhance drinkability, making it suitable for immediate, informal enjoyment.

Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish starters, shellfish, fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, preferably in tulip or flute glasses to preserve the liveliness of the bubbles. The 37.5 cl bottle is convenient for single occasions or for those who want a controlled portion without giving up the character of Valdobbiadene sparkling wines.
