Il Valpolicella Ripasso DOC di Zì Ronda è un vino rosso di grande carattere e tradizione, proveniente dal cuore della Valpolicella, una delle zone vinicole più prestigiose del Veneto. Questo vino è prodotto con una selezione di uve autoctone, principalmente Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara, attraverso la tecnica del "ripasso". Il processo del ripasso consiste nel far rifermentare il vino Valpolicella base sulle vinacce appassite dell'Amarone, arricchendo il vino di concentrazione, struttura e complessità aromatica.

Alla vista, il Valpolicella Ripasso DOC di Zì Ronda si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso e luminoso. Al naso offre un bouquet ricco e persistente con sentori di ciliegia matura, prugna secca, e note speziate di pepe nero e tabacco, accompagnate da sfumature di vaniglia e cacao derivanti dall'invecchiamento in legno.

In bocca, il vino è corposo, vellutato e ben equilibrato, con tannini morbidi e una piacevole acidità che ne sostiene la freschezza. I sapori di frutta rossa e spezie si ritrovano anche al palato, con un finale lungo e avvolgente.
