In the heart of the Venetian hills, the Clementi winery stands out for its meticulous dedication to the winemaking of Valpolicella Superiore Classico, a red wine that embodies the character and tradition of the territory. With selected grapes from the Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara varieties, cultivated in historic label vineyards, this wine is the result of skilled artisanal craftsmanship.

Clementi's Valpolicella Superiore Classico presents itself with an intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections as it ages. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and seductive, offering a wide range of aromas from cherry and ripe berry notes to shades of sweet spices such as vanilla and black pepper, thanks to barrel aging.

On the palate, the wine is robust yet harmonious, with well-balanced tannins ensuring a pleasant persistence. The structure is enriched by a lively freshness that balances the fruity intensity with a subtle acidity, making it very versatile at the table. It is ideal for accompanying Italian cuisine dishes, such as pasta with meat ragù and roasted or stewed red meat second courses.

Moreover, Clementi's Valpolicella Superiore Classico benefits from excellent aging potential, gracefully evolving in your cellar for several years.

This wine represents an excellent choice for enthusiasts looking to discover the true soul of Valpolicella, with an expression that combines tradition and superior quality.
