Vincent Couche presents us with a bold and captivating expression of his winemaking knowledge with the VDF Bulle Rosé Voulez-Vous Couche avec Moi Without Sulphites. This sulphite-free rosé sparkling wine stands out for its purity and authenticity. Made from carefully selected grapes and vinified using natural methods, this rosé expresses the true spirit of the soil in the Champagne region.

The pale pink color shines in the glass, heralding a fine and delicate wine. On the nose, a complex and refined bouquet combines notes of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and currants, with a light touch of freshly bloomed flowers and bread crust. The mineral hints add depth and character, giving the wine an additional dimension.

On the palate, the freshness of the Bulle Rosé is immediately noticeable, accompanied by a creamy and well-integrated foam. The structure is elegant, with the right acidity to balance the delicate fruity and floral notes. The choice to avoid using sulphites allows the natural traits of the wine to emerge, offering an authentic and genuine experience.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light fish and shellfish dishes, this VDF is a perfect choice for those seeking a refined wine that respects the naturalness of its ingredients. Vincent Couche once again shows his skill in creating wines that honor the land and offer true pleasures to the palate.
