The name comes from Villa Bianchi, a farmhouse in the heart of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
Aromatic notes of freshness and elegance. Through a careful selection of the grapes on the vineyard and the use of winemaking techniques that preserve the aromatic heritage of the vine, the Umani Ronchi house has been able to express all the best notes of Verdicchio.
Soft pressing followed by sudden cooling before being decanted. Subsequent alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, and malolactic fermentation. All processes are carried out in the absence of oxygen, to block the oxidation of the grapes and preserve the aromas.
Straw yellow colors and intense greenish reflections, serve us as an accompaniment to a good aperitif, it certainly knows how to express itself.How to serve
