The organic Verdicchio di Matelica DOC from Collestefano offers a fragrant, restrained profile typical of white wines with good structure. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, green apple and light citrus, supported by a subtle mineral character. On the palate it shows a balance between lively acidity and a compact body, with a clean, pleasant finish; the drinking experience is straightforward and suited to those seeking a fresh but not simplistic white. The organic certification indicates careful vineyard and cellar management, without going into technical specifics.

It pairs well with mildly seasoned seafood, carpaccios, light risottos and summer vegetables, and also works as an aperitif for those who prefer saline, dry tones. Serve cool in wide glasses to highlight the aromas. A solid option for those who want a Verdicchio di Matelica in organic version, with an elegant, versatile profile suitable for informal occasions as well as restrained food pairings.
