Over time, this wine has become the distinctive symbol and icon of the winery. The vinification is simple and respectful, highlighting the classic characteristics of Vermentino: freshness and elegance, with floral and slightly fruity notes on the nose, together with a surprising flavor and balance on the palate. Its shade is a light green-yellow. The bouquet is intense and rich, with citrus notes of lemon and lime peel in evidence. Hints of white peach, myrtle leaves and chamomile complete the overall scent. In the mouth, the wine is soft and rounded, balanced between acidity and a pleasant flavor. The finish is fruity and shows exceptional aromatic persistence.
