Elegant and of good character, this Vermouth Bianco Superiore Riserva from Carlo Alberto presents a composed and clear aromatic profile. On first approach, notes of white flowers and citrus peel emerge, supported by an herbal undertone that adds depth without weighing it down. On the palate the sip is enveloping yet controlled: the sweetness is restrained, freshness keeps the drink vibrant, and its sapidity lends drive. The finish is long and clean, with a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.

The "Riserva" designation is noticeable in its weight and structure, making this vermouth particularly suitable both for neat tasting, with a few ice cubes, and as a base for cocktails that require aromatic complexity. It pairs delicately with seafood appetizers, shellfish and fresh cheeses, but also stands up well to bolder matches such as spiced white meats. Serve moderately chilled; it will open up nicely after a few minutes of aeration in the glass.
