The fermentation occurs in small wooden barrels, called "caratelli," where the wine ages for several years, gaining complexity and unique characteristics.
With an amber color and golden highlights, the Vin Santo Trentino DOC is distinguished by a bouquet enriched with intense notes of dried fruits such as figs and apricots, with hints of honey and vanilla.
