Elegant in its simplicity, this lightly sparkling white wine shows delicate bubbles and an immediate aromatic profile: notes of white-fleshed fruit and wildflowers, with a citrus hint that gives lift to the sip. On the palate it is lean and well balanced, with lively acidity and a pleasant salinity that supports the drinkability; the texture remains light but defined, with a pleasing persistence that invites another taste. The aromatic impact is straightforward and honest, without excess, ideal for those who enjoy ready-drinking wines.

Serve young and well chilled, around 6–8 °C, it naturally accompanies aperitifs, seafood starters and salads, as well as quick dishes like light pizzas and fried fish. Suitable for informal, convivial moments, it also works as a base for light cocktails or for an outdoor brunch; clean on the finish and versatile by the glass, it enhances simple ingredients without overpowering them. It is advisable to pour it into glasses that are not too cold to best capture the aromas and to consume it within a few years of bottling.
