The Vino Frizzante Rosé Pian dei Filari di Peruzzet is born in the heart of the Valpantena, a land suited for native and international grape varieties that yield fresh and vibrant wines.
Made mainly with Corvina grapes, this rosé stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, the result of controlled fermentation in an autoclave. In the glass, it shows a bright light pink color, accompanied by floral aromas and hints of small red fruits that enhance its freshness. On the palate, it reveals itself as light, harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that invites sipping.
Perfect with seafood appetizers, Mediterranean dishes, or simply as a summer aperitif, this sparkling wine evokes the essence of the Casa Roma territory with elegance and liveliness.
