Fish, shellfish, cheese |
It pairs well with seafood starters, fish dishes, shellfish and light preparations of white meat, and also works with vegetarian recipes and fresh cheeses. To appreciate its freshness and balance, serve at around 8–10 °C in fairly large glasses that allow the aromas to develop. Storage: keep in a cool, dark place; a magnum bottle can be convenient for gatherings and helps maintain a steadier temperature during service. Best enjoyed in the near term, for informal convivial occasions.
